The proximity to the Masjid al-Haram was a major plus for
Our stay. Although we had to rely on taxis or the hotel shuttle due to the distance, it wasn't a hassle overall. The hotel itself was tidy and well-organized. Parking was limited, frustrating.

Clean and calm atmosphere. The room service was prompt, and I loved the comfortable beds that provided a good night's rest. Check-in and check-out process was rapid, which I really appreciated. The timing of the buses to and from Haram didn't align well with prayer times were good. Parking was a hassle. It would have helped if someone was assigned to assist with parking. I also wished there were more natural juice options available for breakfast since the variety was limited. The stay had its perks but could use some adjustments.
